Actually, I'm doing the 5k on Saturday morning...I'm setting a goal at 25 minutes for 3 miles, I think that'll be easily obtainable for me!!!!

Right now, I've been running longer distances once per week, and doing more weight training throughout the week because I'm working on building muscle. But w/ my weight training I do 30 minutes (every other day) of cardio to keep my stamina up. Toward the end of March, I'll start my marathon training because I've got a race in May :)!

Hey man, marathon is done. Did half in 2:05, which was 10 mins faster than plan. But that turned into 20 mins slower at end. Feel great that I finished though!
