How I Started:
I played sports in high school. I've always wanted to get bigger and be healthy. I've always admired people with the discipline to lift regularly and eat right. I finally decided to make it a priority in my life.
Why I Love It:
Not much feels better than working hard and seeing progress. Lifting is the best part of my day.

thanks for the compliment,i truly believe in order to put on mass u must emphasize the biggest bodyparts which are lower body and back.
