thanks for the reply, training has gone really well i reached 212lbs in the off season and am now 10 weeks out from my next competition currently 206lbs. I should be posting some pics of my progress tonight.

BTW, Watermelon Xtend, delish. It does taste just like a jolly rancher. Not a huge fan of the green apple though. But if i mix it with Vasocharge Lemonade...has a pleasantly tart taste.

I do. My previous job (MTI) did not allow me to fully focus on my training as much as I would've like to. Now that I have a "normal" schedule, I can prepare and possibly compete this summer. This would be my first competition, so I'll have to consult an expert for adivce.

it really just depends. yesterday i was at mildenhall from 4-5, and today i'm getting ready to leave and head to the lakenheath gym. i live in the new housing here, so lakenheath usually works better. i went to ultrabodies and my friend justin competed.
Was up?? Yea man i gained 20 pounds in the first week. To bad i cant compete in October im Deploying in Augst. I,m comming next year bigger and better to compete in the ultrabodies so whatch out!!!:-) good to hear from you...take care!
