i have always had upper body strength from surfing and baseball ball always had that extra fat that put me right over that "overweight" category. I learned to surf when i was 5 and by the time i was 8 i was entering tournaments at 16 i tore up my knee and gained even more weight. at my highest in the middle of the school year i was around 210 pounds. after coming back home the doctor said 175 was my ideal weight. with that said i figure i would get down below the 175 mark (cardio cardio cardio) then bulk.
yes i take it for three consecutive weeks, even on off days, it helps with my metabolism, so i take it when i wake up and 4-6 hours later right before a big meal
Well I started off with cuts, it works wonders man in my opinion but everyone is diff, but now im stacking it with pump and stak and ofcourse pak...makes for one hell of a powerhouse im gaining and shredding at the same time..what kind of questions do you have ill answer to the best of my ability ha
