At the gym every morning at 0530 to 0545 hrs.
Monday 30 min. cardio. Then leg day. Quads, hams, calfs & abs.
Tuesday 30 min. cardio. Then upper body day. Shoulders, biceps, triceps, traps, forearms & abs.
Wednesday is cardio day. 1 hour & 15 min, to 1 hour & 45 min cardio. Then abs & some time in the steam room.
Thursady... repeat Monday.
Friday... repeat tuesday.
Sat & Sun off. |
