Suffered Ankle injury playing ball and figured my 255lb Ass caused it to be so bad. So I Decided to do something about it
Why I Love It:
It is one thing nobody can take away from me. In many ways may have saved my life. Made me a stronger person inside and out and allowed me to meet some wonderful people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Never wanting to return to what I was!!If it were easy everybody would do it
And this site helps me so much!

I want to Become stronger than I ever have been Starting on the inside..
Goal (Long):
I have been fat,skinny,average,and what I am now. Have been working out for about 6 years. Suffered 3 major injurys(from improper form) Basicly I want to get in the best shape I can while staying healthy. Was hard on me every time I battled back from an injury. Now I lift the rite way! My numbers are no where near what they used to but plan to get back there with perfect form. Havent done legs in a year do to an injury and now am ready to start them. My ultimate goal is to become a trainer.
I am having a lil trouble staying on trac. Weekends are killing me. I still train hard and started doing some cardio but am still not happy. This site helps me so much and ty to all that give me the support I need. Today is a new day and I plan to do better.
