Background

When I Started: Apr 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I wanted to look good so I started working out at home with dumbbells and exercising until I figured it was time to move up and commit to a real gym.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love looking and feeling good, pushing myself and achieving goals And motivating and informing others.
