Goal (Overall): I'd like to place in a regional or national qualifier this year.
Goal (Long): I competed for the first time last year and placed 3rd in the novice short class. This year, I would like to try my hand in the open class. I put on a lot weight during the off season trying to gain some muscle, but I think the fat won, so the cutting process promises to be especially gruesome! This year, my personal goal is to try to find some balance during all this and not let it take over my life.

I had a particularly early start today... which means that same amount of food spread over a longer day... which means I'm starving. So I'm writing to take my mind off food. :)
