hey love! I have been insanely busy (got my personal training business up and running this year) i am getting back into training for a show (hopefully in april, lets keep our fingers crossed!)

i love the se7en... it def helped me to keep my muscle mass when i was cutting... it also makes me look a bit harder :)

the GNC products are good products. They arent loaded up with stuff so you know exactly what your taking and how much. I use alot of biotest products simply because they were what i was introduced to first and they have worked great for me (i wouldnt give up my hot rox or se7en for anything!) i like to use gnc multis and there fish oil and bcaa tho.. especially when they are on sale
