yo bro, help me out here. I know diet is probably the key factor to getting cut up, but what are some ab workouts that you really "feel" after working out and know work for you?

training has been going pretty good actually. Finally found a friend that goes to the same gym as me, so it helps to have someone there pushing me to do better and harder. What about you?

just remember that a lot of your weight will come from your legs. Train those hard, at least harder than i have been haha, keep up your training, and you'll be shredded in no time.

I'm getting more like 1.5g of protein per pound... and it varies throughout the day. Usually once in the morning, once after the workout, and once at night before bed. But I only do that on days I workout, so every other day. On the days between, I try to eat more protein in my meals. By the way, congratulations on the transformation of the week, I was browsing them yesterday, and saw yours! Thats really cool, and quite an accomplishment!

How are the workouts going?! I'm slowly adding weight to my barbell press, but I'm having an extremely tough time gaining some weight. Slowly but surely...

my progress is going. I'm slowly adding weight to my barbell press, but my weight is basically staying the same. I want to hit like 150 or 155, but my metabolism is extremely high, and I have a really hard time gaining weight. What about you man?
