I had lifted in high school and enjoyed it a lot. I originally started because my Mom began the Body-For-Life challenge, and it made me want to get in shape as well. I stopped due to lady issues (i.e. girlfriend) and regret it to this day. I started working out again in September of 06, and have made some great gains for myself.
Why I Love It:
It's a pain sometimes... I hate working out my scrawny legs. But anything upper body gets me pumped up. I just love the feeling of your muscles wanting to rip out of your skin after a great workout. And the next day when you're sore, you know you did a good job.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading Bodybuilding.com, watching movies and noticing the physiques of the celebrities and bodybuilders that I find inspirational. My favorite motivator is bodybuilding.com and Frank Zane, who has the exact physique I'd like to attain.
BB Accomplishments:
I have currently got 3 friends to start up bodybuilding.

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I feel great with how far I have come. I still have a long ways to go. Hope all is well for you as well. Feel free to stop by anytime.
That's good to hear man, and it's always good to have someone there to motivate you. My training and progress has been simply astonishing! Ever since I've been more strict on my diet, added Lipo-6, and doubling up on the intense cardio (about 70-80% MHR) the weight has been pouring off. I plan on posting progress pictures soon. Anyways man, hope you continue to make progress, later!
mines the opposite, right know im trying to work on my pullups, (Palms facing away) its hard but got to keep pushing myself. i been staying between the 205ibs and 208ibs area, i would like to lean out and not drop below 200ibs, it took me a while to get there. my main trouble area is my stomach and my chest is lagging a bit, if u got some advice it would help, alright later bro
