Football and wrestling in high school. I continued after I graduated in the hopes of making it to the big time and playing pro football.
Why I Love It:
The pump!!! The way my muscles feel after a great workout. It also keeps me in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Besides the hot women in the gym, the look on faces when i walk into a room and they see my size.

I benched 485 once.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I would have to say Arnold from the 70's. He had perfect symmetry and size.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I blew out my back in 1994 and had surgery. I started lifting again 3 months after and just kept going.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form and to much weight.

In 20 years of lifting I have been through some supplements. I have found some that work and some that are just a huge waste of money.

Reason: Great pump and lasting affects.
