Well I took Gymnastics as a child and it kept me looking good...gave me an athletic build. But I had children and stayed skinny...so i started taking a kickboxing class at a taekwondo place and loved it,then got a gym pass with my husband. I take cardio classes there. I started running last year and have ran in 5k,10ks, and even a half-marathon in Dallas. But very recently my husband got me his personel trainer and I hope it will pay off...so far i love it.
Why I Love It:
I love to sweat and feel the burn...results are always a plus, and of course it makes me feel good....It keeps me in good health and feeling younger everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking in the mirror, results,my husband, and kids, and my health. I do have to push myself just like anyone else but i love it.....right now my trainer is helping me push and its is so rewarding...so far i love it.
BB Accomplishments:
None i guess....not yet.
