i was both happy and sad today...my arm has been healing very well, and the thoughts of getting in to train normally again are exciting. i can do push ups, shoulder press, but still can not do a pull down.
i was able to train some biceps today but was not able to finish my triceps. ...
Day 1: Biceps/Triceps/ Calves
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: OFF but still do cardio
Day 4: Chest/Calves
Day 5: Back/Biceps
day 6: Delts/Triceps
Day 7: OFF but still do cardio
Cardio is 20min daily doing HIIT style first thing AM

Wow, you really know how to manipulate your physique. Your bulking is truly getting you some great mass. When will you start ripping back up again?
How long you been competing, by the way? I'm trying to decide if I can get up enough mass to do it or not.

Ok I will send you an email sometime. I do currently have a online nutritionist but I will see what you offer. hmmm wish I had someone near my area for one on one time but....oh well. I usually train on my own.
I also would like to add you to my inspiration list but I would hate to delete one that I all ready have. So. just to let you know you inspire me. Everytime I see you I want to head out to the gym! lol. :D
