After looking at myself in the mirror, i figured that I needed some improvements. For one thing I was always tired, but I guess that comes with stress and other accessories.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel empowered, I can take on the day and complete my tasks.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at other peoples profile pics. The before and after pictures really give me some inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
None at the moment, for now I'm trying to cut fat; approximately 20 - 35 lbs from 216lbs as of 7/13/09.
I want to lose my man boobs, and have a rock solid abs.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to take off my shirt in public and have a nice walk on the beach. I want to able to participate in group activites like water polo and so on.

stick with it man it takes a while to get it there i hace been hitting it hard for about 2 1/2 years i was 290 lbs when i started now around 210 and 15% body fat but a long way to go so keep it up and just think about what you are going to have down the road with a little hard work!!
