I WANT TO SHED OFF 20 TO 25 LBS BEFORE I GO BACK TO THE STATES. I WANT TO SLIM DOWN, TONE UP MY BODY, AND HAVE A 25 INCH WAIST LINE. I WANT TO DO 12 PULL UPS. I WANT TO LOWER MY BODY FAT PERCENTAGE TO 15 TO 17% FOR NOW. I WANT RUN THE NAVY'S 1.5 MILE BI ANNUAL PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST IN 11 MIN AND 30 SEC.
