Scrawny82 Your transformation is ridiculously impressive!!! Is all you really do is follow Kris Gethin's 12 week??? Ive been working out for a year [only once a week because I have the hardest job in the universe :( ] Ive definitely seen good strength gains..80lbs onto Benchpress...but dont like anything like your results. I just got a new job, its night shift but more money and much less physically demanding, so is Kris Gethin's 12 week really the answer? thanks Oct 7, 2012 6:45pm
