How I Started:
I've always been sporty from a young age but my main focus has been martial arts and weight lifting.
Why I Love It:
Where do I start??
It makes you feel good about yourself, makes you feel relaxed, confident, a great stress reliever. Just the feeling of all over healthiness.
How I Stay Motivated:
I was involved in a car accident and because of the injuries caused I couldn't train, ate more and put on a bit of weight. Even after physio I used to ache after the lightest of training sessions.
Been off trianing for a while now but back and motivated!! Going to start with strength trianing. Lighter weights and more reps and mix it up with some surfing.
BB Accomplishments:
Lower my body fat % and increase muscle mass.

I've always been quite fit but been a bit ill and couldn't train. Back on it now!!!
Want to lose the unwanted flab round the stomach, get ripped and increase overall size a little and flexibility.
Always done martial arts and want to get fit and to compete again. NO EXCUSES!!
