I started working out a few years ago, I wasn't very consistent in my workouts but at least I was getting out to the gym to do something, I got started in the very first place because I had visited a friend whom I have not seen in two years and in that two years I had gained a little weight, I am a small woman and have been very thin ever since I can remember, and when my friend saw me he had made a comment on how I had gained a little weight! I wasn't even over weight and I was actually ata healthy weight for my size and age but I was a bit out of shape and I was always eating the wrong foods. I knew I had put on a few pounds cuz my clothes no longer fit the same and I looked like I had filled out but just a little bit too much,so after that day I decided to get into the gym and start eating the right foods and soon enough I saw my weight come off!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because It gives me this great feeling before and after my sessions,I love feeling the burn and I love feeling powerful during a weight training session most importantly I know that my body is getting what it needs to be healthy and to function properly with working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to be honest....it isnt easy for ME to stay motivated now a days! I have put up a few pics of fitness models on my fridge and around the house for myself to look at whenever I feel lazy, that always keps me going, also I have a great gym buddy who motivates me to get up and go on those days when im feeling a bit tired.

Really the best advice I can prsonally give you is keep doing what your doing and continue to cosult with this site its helping me alot. You look Beautiful.
