How I Started:
I just wanted to get in better shape, then after I really started to look good I needed a new goal, something to keep me from falling off- so I entered a bikini contest where there was also a figure contest going on. I've been hooked ever since!
Why I Love It:
Seeing how much my body can do & how strong it can get is amazing. The outer transformation is really neat too, seeing how food affects it.

Goal (Long):
I still want to build out my lats a bit and hopefully will come into this contest a little leaner than I was for the Lehigh Valley show. The other goal is to raise the money to go there to compete!!! Man, competing in figure is not cheap:)))
I'm getting ready for the INBF show in Matawan ,NJ this weekend. I met a few girls at the Metro who are doing the same show so it'll be good to see familiar faces:) Water loading tomorrow- yuck

Well thank you:) I'm kinda the same way when it comes to training partners. I used to work out by myself all the time but about 3 months ago a couple friends of mine who go to my gym wanted to kick their workouts up a knoch so I told them I would help them out. Even though i've been pushing them it's also been making my workouts better cause they've been pushing me too. And believe me if I lived closer to you i'd definatly submit an application to become your training partner, lol:)
Well hey there!!! Yeah the leg training is going great!!! I hit them hard on friday and i'm having a hard time walking and sitting down this morning:) But at this point it's just expected that i'm gonna be hurt on sunday, lol. Easton is just outside of allentown right? If so than you're abt an hour and a half away from me. How abt you?!? How's the contest prep going?
I had to pull out because work had me traveling throughout training, to risky. I'll still go, to watch, how's the hotel situation? If worst comes to worst I'm sure we could figure something out...

What sort of motivation??? I need some right now. A vendor came in the office today and ordered pizza. I was agood boy and brought my lunch. However they couldnt count and we have 4 whole pie's that have yet to be touched sitting in the kitchen just smelling ever so wonderful!!! Its taking a whole lot of motivation right now! I got a job selling wireless software. NExt time you sign for UPS of FedEx, we sell them that software.
I'm doing great thanks:) Cool, i'll be at the keystone but I won't be competing. I decided not cause i've been making such great gains over the past couple months. I just wanna keep lifting heavy and continue to put on more lean mass. I'd like to hit about 225 and give it a shot next year.
Hey you, things are well! Started a new job last week. Yeah i started the diet as well 2 weeks ago. I fully again, I am totally chickened out at this point but now is when you almsot become numb to it! The boys are well! I see Angie all the time, Sarah not so much. Probably not in a few months actually. How is the training going?
You hate chicken!!!!! Me and chicken are the bestest of friends, lol. But I guess it's okay cause I hate tuna!!! Yuck, lol. Well i'm glad everything is going well for ya. As far as the pec strain, i'm going to test it out today and hopefully it's feeling a little better. I hate going into the gym and not being able to give it 100%:(
