- DB Rear Delt Raise: 4-5 sets, 12-15 reps

The fat loss is going well. I am able to hit 182lbs easily now. My progress in size isn't going how i thought it would. After being sore for 9 months straight and being on a gainer diet for 3/4 of it I thought i would see more progress. I'm finally trimmed down for summer and am still keeping calories and intake down. I took a quick progress photo after my back & shoulders workout. I'll plan on a full set of pics next thursday. The ON CLA gels I'm taking are doing an awesome job with the weight loss; I highly recommend them. Other than that I have cut down on calories and fat intake quite a bit. I haven't been running too much because of my knee. It gives me tingling feelings and feels like something is wrong. I started back about 3 months ago when i hit the outer side of my knee on a machine in the gym.... Go to BodyBlog
