Ryu750changed Weight from 244 lbs. to 240 lbs., a 4 lb. loss in 132 days
Well I took two weeks off due to the fact that I had a lot going on! Its pretty ruff how much damage you can do to your body in two weeks. you can see by looking at my body weight stats. My diet has been poop for about 4 weeks now and its so hard to get back into the groove.
Hi David.. Just wanted to say hi and see how things are going with your progress. I have made some positive gains but am not going to update of a few weeks or so.
WOW! Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). I especially liked your "BB Accomplishment" (Funny) Thanks for posting!
You are doing awesome! Completely different person between progress pics. You will make some awesome gains over the next month or too as you continue! GL
If you are really serious about getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program like Body for Life, otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the BFL program. Push yourself (possibly out of your comfort zone) and I believe the results will be well worth the effort.
