you can train body parts twice a week if you have time. big muscle groups like chest and legs i like to do only once for max recovery though. mix up the exercises, weights, reps and angles your hitting the muscles at.

all about the angles. getting them with shorter rest periods and higher reps seems to target my bis and tris best. never forget to squeeze and control the weight to move it not swing or push it around forcefully.

starting monday, the most hardcore one i have ever created lol. its going to be balls to the wall 4-5 days a week, ill be logging all in my training journal.

yea dude, the **** is balls to the wall. i literally finish my workout and im like holy **** where did the time go. i feel like an hour was 15 mins. i dont even feel phased...

nice feature k rod. those shoulders are fricken monsters. freakish and awesome, im jealous. what do you think has helped most developing those boulders? good luck in comp next year as well.

its all about the diet and supplementing it with metabolism boosters and omega 3/fishoils, even flax seed or wheat germ. cayenne pepper, green tea, oatmeal and grapefruit are the keys to metabolism for me.
