How I Started: Most recently I came across Adam Waters on youtube; his amazing natural transformation along with the continuation of bettering his physique has been a true inspiration to me.

Through Adam’s V/Blogs I was introduced to Tom Venuto’s website. I have just begun to read Tom's "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle". It's the most informative piece of literature in regards to fitness I have ever laid my eyes on.

I am propelling forward in my personal quest for weight loss while obtaining my optimum fitness level.
Why I Love It: It’s a challenge, I doubt I’ll ever be completely satisfied with the way I look.
That is okay with me, it’s an ongoing process. One in which I am embracing wholeheartedly. My life is a work in progress.
How I Stay Motivated: Minute by Minute, Day by Day. I live in the now.
It’s a small breakdown of everything, if I looked at things too far down the road, I’d lose sight of my destination. It’s about the journey.

Trying to figure out how to take the photo.... I THINK I was about 235 to 240lbs here. This was taken on Day 1 of my 28 day mission of clean eating.  Day 30 -P90 Not much in the way of change, needing to get strict with the diet.

You are on your way and although I don’t know what workout program you are following, my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received our transformations by following Body for Life. I lost 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat & she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks with BFL’s program I believe by committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort.
