Back into the gym officially 7 days a week!, so im hoping to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle and bring my body fat down to 4-5% by July 2009
Goal (Long):
I want to get to a nice weight of around 225-250, mainly for a nice modeling physique in the long term. I don't plan on being HUGE but just well balanced and cut
These next 2 weeks I plan on getting my body into a set sleeping and eating scedule; Starting on the 3rd week or more or less the beginning of November I will begin balls-to-the-wall training. So I'm adding a new supp to my stack -Nutrex Niox- to help me out... (hopefully). Anyway I plan...

To answer your question, yes, I have experienced awesome results from creatine. I get it from my pre-workout drink which is Super Charge! Xtreme from Labrada Nutrition. For legs there's nothing better than squats. There a killer, but they work. Lats; do bent over barbell pull ups. Make sure that you get the full motion that really stretches you.
