When i was young, i was in long distance running, soccer, some football. i was FAR to skinny then (ill try to find a picture) But when i was 10 my dad died, and i fell into a deep depression. I stopped seeing friends, running, soccer, football everything. I stayed in the house feeling sorry for myself.
Untill one day when i decided i have gone far enough, i have a abb picture as my first picture on my progress shots, thats me at this time. I was 5 foot 8 and 185-190 pounds.
I bought a 20 doller set of concrete dumbbells with bars. I worked out (WRONG) with thous for a few months, untill i found bodybuilding.com. Now im living a healthy lifestyle!
Why I Love It:
Well i love bodybuilding because i feel so much better. As somebody with depression, its hard for somebody without it to understand, but i feel 100X better when i work out and i LOVE it. I will always work out!
And, the girls love muscle, right :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation isint easy for me, Some days i HATE to eat right but thats the name of the game, this is BODYBUILDING! When i dont want to lift i think of me losing my muscle, and that gets me going enough.
i love the classic bodybuilder bodys, mid 70's-80's. Just looking at them keeps me motivated!
*Please note: None of my stats are done with machines that make it easy!*
BB Accomplishments:
Well every day is a accomplishment in my opinion!
No competitions ( Yet ) One day i will have 1st placers here! SET YOUR MIND TO IT

Me at a waterfall, its really bright but the abs are showin
Did a bike ride today with my mom, its always nice to get my mom burning some calories. :P She has come a long way with my bodybuilding, such as my protein, to helping prepare my daily 7 meals.
But of cource it brings my speed down and overall calories down. But thats fine.
