Background

When I Started: Jun 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I've just started out with the Power 90 program by Beachbody. Once these 90 days are done I am planning to move on to P90X.

WHY I LOVE IT:

My weight/health has always been an issue in my life and for a long time I just resigned myself to the fact I would be fat the rest of my life. I changed my attitude and now my greatest challenge/goal in life is to get fit and healthy!

My name is Ryan and I'm 26 years old. I'm currently a college student at the Art Institute pursuing my degree in graphic and technical design. For most of my life I have been overweight. As a young child I was very active, involved in baseball, soccer, basketball, archery, tennis and Cub Scouts...ya know, all the "normal" stuff for a little boy (except maybe archery, not sure how normal that is).
