I don't know what program you are using but I wanted to mention that I lost over 50 lb in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It is a 12 week body transformation program that really gives results. I don't know if you had heard of it but I wanted to mention it just in case. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve your fitness goals. Believe and Achieve.
hey thanx being a friend. so what are you doing for your weight loss goal? thanx for keeping the motivation going i really need it. its really hard to not see the scale go down. i have been stuck at 166 for a month and a half now and i cant get it to go down.
Oh, I hear you Ryan - it is very hard. You know you have to just do it for yourself - count on yourself for your training - I think that's why they call it a solitary sport. You know if you go to the gym at about the same time everyday you are bound to run into people there training at the same time, and after a bit you'll feel like you are training alongside of them. You must just go, and DO IT!
Hi Ryan, thank you so much for adding me to your friends here and on myspace (I'll get that one through asap), I really appreciate it! I see you are a firefighter, and just want you to know that to me you are an earthly angel, and I hope you'll always stay safe. I see your goal, and I'm not sure if it'll be helpful, but I do have some videos on youtube under pixiedust3727, most are progressional but 3 are tutorials. Best wishes to you both inside and outside of the gym.
Jen
I wish you much success in achieving your goals. Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be, nothing more but nothing less and you will reap the rewards of all your hard work. Smile, and enjoy the journey. I look forward to watching you progress in ’08.

Damn dude! 10lbs in two days is awesome! Congrats! I remember I lost a lot of weight up front when I first took Lipo6; it eventually evened off, but it was a great product for me. Most supps NEVER work for me! Keep it up bro!
