How I Started:
My first experience of intense training consisted of a workout performed by Navy Seals in preparation for BUDS training: 1 pull-up, 3 push-ups, 5 sit-ups = Level 1. Each exercise is performed successively with no rest intervals; One then immediately proceeds to Level 2, which is an increase from Level 1 of 1 pull-up, 3 push-ups, and 5 sit-ups. This process continues with no rest intervals until one reaches failure; one then proceeds to progressively work their way down each Level until one reaches Level one
