How I Started:
One day I saw a picture of myself looking like humpty dumpty and was embarrassed that I had let myself get to 275 lbs. I was not attractive at all and I never had any energy, I knew then that I needed to get my act together.
Why I Love It:
I feel so rejuvenated and happy after a good hard lift. And now I can see muscle when I flex, and also am finding myself attractive again.

Ok so im on week 2 of this stuff and I gotta stop. Im way too irritable, moody and freakin crazy. They were joking when they said this stuff is powerful.
