My Motivation Program

Staying motivated is actually pretty easy. I absolutely love my gym time and I dread whenever a week's break from the gym comes up. I've achieved drastic changes over the last few years and I'm never finished. There's always something that could me more toned and another pound of fat to shed. I don't think I'll ever be completely satisfied until I get six pack abs, which is also what I strive hardest for. Maybe when I get those, I'll lighten up a bit :P.

Freerunner12 Well my main focus is improving for motocross and also to gain muscle, the program has its cardio sessions every day but i need to stay in track with some intense cardio training without disregarding weightlifting. Would mixing or changing the program a bit give me some great results? Or should i look for another program? Sorry for all the questions i just want to clear up some doubts.. Jun 26, 2012 10:37am

TiffanyC I hate cardio!! but I try to mix it up to keep it fresh LOL. my job used to have me running around like a chicken with my head cut off but NOW i have a desk job :( good luck on your continued improvements and gains :) Jun 22, 2012 12:24pm
