Deltoid Anterior & Pectoral Major Forearm
mainly upper front body, Arms, Traps and Pecs are represented most in this pose...  In this picture, you can see alot of blood flowing down the arm to the hand through the veins, tensing the forearm, it shows its bulk more... Needs a bit more Tone however...
