In this picture, you can see alot of blood flowing down the arm to the hand through the veins, tensing the forearm, it shows its bulk more...
Needs a bit more Tone however...

Description: fot this exercise on the bicep muscles, i am using the arnold shwarzenegger way, in other words, i am swing slightly to gain more speed and reputitions into the heavy dumbells, fast work burns more fibres in the muscles quicker. But its always best to take it slow sometimes too.
