How I Started:
It started when i first started playing football my sophmore year, then after that i powerlifted, i lost a lot of belly fat and was looking and feeling better then i decided i'd play football and powerlift till i graduated. I've went down a lot of pant sizes and i just feel great about myself except i could do better and get bigger, My main goal is to gain huge amounts of muscle mass, a flat stomach, and good definition.

My freshman year i was a big guy, slow, weak. But i played football my sophmore year and lost a lot of that weight, ran sooo much haha, lifted, gained muscle, and i knew from the end of that year that this was my calling.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching equivelant or past my weight. I weigh 173 lbs and max "was" 200, Squatting 300, deadlifting 330, But that was before i caught Mononucleosis, Last time i maxed out (maybe 2 months ago, when i was cleared by the dr.) My bench was 175, squat was 255. I was depressed by a great amount and i've been striving to gain my strength back, in doing so i've toned up a lot, gained some body mass, and i'm more athletic now.

Goal (Long):
I want to be able to bench at least 225 by the time i graduate, squat 315, and dead-lift 400.
I don't want to have big arms and when i flex they look huge, i want good definition so whoever sees my muscles can see them instead of it looking like a big flab ya know?
I'd like to lose stomach fat and have a flat stomach, if possible, some definition of a 6 pack.
I want to look like a freaking hoss, not to attract the ladies but to prove to myself i can do this and show how hard I've worked to get this body I've wanted.
This guy got extremely ripped in a short time, 4 months! That's what i'm looking forward to, when footballs over and powerlifting starts i want to get as ripped as fast as i can.
yea its good flavor, theres only one if you looked at it yet, it smells like cleaning solution, but it taste ok, you cant really taste it, the scoop is the size of my thumb (5 gram scoop EXTREMELY small)
