Can't go without it....A good pump is the greatest feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everybody wants to be big and muscular, but very few want it bad enough to commit to the discipline and work that it takes to get here. "Either you want it, or you don't" Also, Youtube bodybuilding videos, Magazines, going to the Arnold Classic every year, books, etc. keep me even more pumped up to hit the gym and eat like a machine.

I hit around 7,000 calories total on Saturday. Needless to say, my stomach was hurting when i went to bed. but it was well worth it!!

What leg workout has worked best for you?
supersetting a hack squat to regular squats will fry those quads....not for the faint of heart or anyone with a weak stomach.

Very Heavy straight bar preacher curls thrown in every couple of workouts kill my bi's.

without a tan lol that is funny. U doing anymore shows this year? Good luck if you do anymore, keep hit it hard. I have a show oct 25th to do so that should be a blast. I also hooked up with one of my old buddies thats been doing shows for a while. Hes gonna prep me for the USA Continetial Bodybuilding show in Ill. It was good to hear from you we will keep it touch!
