i just wanted a Hobbie and it turned into a life style.
Why I Love It:
The Respect is nice, but i love the way the muscle changes the full effect, the definition, everything
How I Stay Motivated:
trying new supplaments, looking at other bodybuilders. and most of all other people saying i cant do it..
BB Accomplishments:
When i first tryed benching 45lb plates and almost killed myself and a few months later i Did ten Reps with them haha. i was hooked from the start.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
protien and carbs mostly i nthe morning i eat oatmeal w/ bananas and about three one egg and three egg whites. salad for lunch lots of water u know the usual

looking at other famous people u want to look like. imagine the day u can changer ur wieghts from 150 to 175
