thanks man, yeh start it if u arent seeing gains...and give it a month to get into the swing of it...eat like crazy and u wil see gains, and the most important thing IMO, add weight each workout, 5lbs at least...u gota reli shock ur body! and beside its more fun than hypertrophy based workouts.
