How I Started:
I wanted to look and feel better. More athletically fit and cut.
Why I Love It:
It's fun pushing yourself, to see how far you can go and how truthful you can make the words "I wont give up, one more." really be. I also like the attention I get from girls and my confidence is up because of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
One more. Always one more, just picturing a better looking me,
and, seeing if I can stick to it or not.

Nothing to big yet I went from 100~ lbs to 135 lbs~
