I want to strengthen my back to minimise my back pain and keep in shape as I grow old.
Goal (Long):
I now want muscles you can see, having developed a taste for weight training.
Update, February 2009:
5 months ago I gave up smoking after 45 years on one pack per day. The result was an 8 kilo weight gain. I am delighted to be weighing more now and thrilled with the muscle growth on my arms, thighs and bottom, but I have also developed a wad of belly fat that I am determined to get rid of. No luck so far though.
Ruth..I am always motivated by female bodybuilders..and I am 5'6" 134lbs...I am interested in your stats...only as a goal, I can shoot for...if you don't respond, I understand...sincerely....
You are looking great. What you have accomplished to this point is incredible and I congratulate you on your efforts. Continue to challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and you will reap even more rewards for all of your hard work. I wish you the best in '08 and look forward to watching your continuing progression.
Wow...good for you. Your body look 20-25 years younger than your age. Keep up the good work. How are you defying age? What does your workout plan look like?
Keep up the good work. As one who went through back pain and surgery in 91, I can sympathize and encourage you as well. Us "baby boomers" need to stick together. God's grace to you always..chris
