Best friend was a regular and really inspired me to start. I was a toothpick most of my life and I got really good gains when I first started.
Why I Love It:
Knowing I'm doing something to better myself and it's the ultimate stress relief. The days I don't feel like going end up being the best.
How I Stay Motivated:
Really it's my gym buds. Guys that have the discipline just to show up every day. Younger guys that have fast results are really a motivation. I guess it's kind of a "team think" thing but I like to be encouraging to others.

To see my weight start going up. I have a crazy motab and nearly impossible for me to gain.
Goal (Long):
I have the discipline to work out hard and to work out regularly but lack the discipline to EAT. I know I have to eat to gain, it's just too easy for me to skip meals. My main goal to to eat 6 meals a day (right now 3 would be awesome, ha)
