How I Started:
Started young when very skinny and wanted to be bigger and looked better - i just did bicep curls all day ha! - also partially so i would not get picked on at school
Why I Love It:
Love getting bigger, stronger - turning my girl on. I like the discipline of it and find it amazing the changes you can make through diet and exercise. I also like getting attention.

none - i don't compete - i would need to take too many steroids (etc) - it would make bald & I would be worried about the health implications
btw..i forgot..throw in 3 cups of green tea a day..the work out also has a lot to do with it...i do 20-8-8-6 sets for every exercise i do..abbs everyother day and after my work out and cardio after abbs only..try all this for a month and let me know..it has done good for me and a friend i told about
now day three contains only veggiez and lean meats poultry and fish like salmon and sardines...except again for the last meal..protien only...speeds up metabolism...i like to do days 2 diet day 2days in a row...3day cycle diet..it works for me..o and once a week after 2 weeks of following u can have anything u want once a week all day long
meal 4) beef steak cut up into little pieces with chopped up onions(cooked with the stake pieces low heat with olive oil) and when its ready throw in 3slices of cheese until it melts...
last meal has to be protien only no fat no carbs boiled chick breast or 8egg whites or yogurts or protien powder with skim milk
that wasday one....day two and then day 3 change dramatically..for example day two has no fruit, nothing but meats and fats...breakfast 1 strained yogurt full fat,3egg omelet-cheese-turkey lunch meat-spinach and ovocado or any type of veggie u want in there...meal 2 chicken breast with melted cheese....meal 3) 2 pork chops

CLA capsules water then 1cuccumber+one small tomatoe +6 egg whites or 2 strained yogurts 0%fat,multivitamin+tribulus1ca p
2hours later
small bannana,1 scoop protien powder with 1cup skim milk
1.5hrs later amino liquid then workout
after workout amino liquid then CLA capsules and EAS diet protien bar
40mins later
chicken breast boiled with red pepper and lemon(no fat no carbs)
2hours later ZMA caps
30mins later sleep!

15mins later CLA capsules then breakfast: 1 scoop uncooked oats with water,1 carrot,fruit(grapes,strawberri es or bannana)and 2 0%fat strained yogurts or 1 egg+6egg whites...on's optimen multivitamin-1cap on's tribulus water
2hours later: uncooked veggiez (brocolli,carrot and small tomatoe)
1 shot of walnut oil and 1tea spoon olive oil,chicken breast 150gr or tuna fish
