Excellent transformation to a solidly msucled and defined physique. Solid work on traps, delts, arms, chest/pecs and abs. By the way, 185-190 lbs of pure muscle on your height is nothing modest but quite amazing. Go for it and best of luck with your goals. Andre

oh i forgot you got to use the power lifting method of benching...you know arching the back and all that.....and for me this added about 85 pounds to my max in about 5 months

YOU stack a large rubber weight for stage 3 of it....which is the very last 6 inches of your bench.....then for stage 2 you use a slightly smaller rubber plate....then for stage 1 you use a regular plate....what this does it trains each stage of your bench press so if you have any weak points or if you want to just up your max this is a great way to do it piece by piece.
