Drop from 285 to 210 to get rid of most of my fat, then build back up to 225 of muscle and a body fat percentage somewhere around 5-7%.
As far as specific goals I have, I want to be able to:
A) Dunk
B) 10 rep my body weight on bench
C) Bring my abs out
D) Big arms and huge, broad chest
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 75 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%

ohh thanks man! umm lower abs sex line are most definatly the hardest to work but what i do is hang from a pull up bar and keeps your knees at 90 degrees and shift your knees back nd forth wthout letting your body shake too much (if that makes sense). also if you hold a plank but on one elbow with your shoulders straight up and down with the ground and either hold that or do situps by touching your elbow to the ground
