well my precontest diet is as follows: 250g carbs 250g protein and 50g fat. This may change according to how my body responds to food. I dont have an offseason diet, I just ate whatever I wanted while keeping my protein and carbs high. Next offseason will be different, I will restrict my diet a lil more.

I got help from many people, not one in particular. I just ask A LOT of questions on bodyspace, pro bbers, other bbers, my professors. I did a lot of reading. I am a biology major and i learn a lot of stuff about the body and nutrition from the courses i've taken. I watch training videos. I observe, i learn, and ask questions. That pretty much it. Hey man, I read your post on symmetry. It really brought to my attention the risks of imbalances when performing isolateral exericises only on one side. I was so close into doing my left lat only due to frustration but hopefully i can work through it. Check out my bodyblog.

Wow, Congratulations! I wish you all the best. I'm also taking this year off for 2010. Great to hear from you. You have any tips on really isolating the hamstrings on SLDL? As i go heavier in weight, my glutes seem to be doing more of the work. Anyways, i was looking forward to seeing you compete this year but i guess you'll be making twice of an improvement for 2010.
