The amount of work you put in is what you get out. The discipline, the hardwork, and determination is applied not just at the gym and dieting but in real life. Getting better everyday, every week, every year physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
My goals. Goals are self motivating. My short term goal is to gain 5-10 lbs of lean body mass in the year. My long term goal is to place first in the lightweight class in 2010.
BB Accomplishments:
2008 INBF Northeast America
4th Place Open Lightweight/ 1st Place Teen

Good stuff, so in your mind, which one do you think is more important? Nutrition or lifting weights? I think that most guys find that weight is the number one key in getting bigger but I think Nutrition come first...but it's just me haha

Thanks Russell, I appreciate that! I always try to keep form as strict as possible. Things are going well...no contests this year because I will be getting married, so it looks like 2010 is my year!
