Why I Love It:
The amount of work you put in is what you get out. The discipline, the hardwork, and determination is applied not just at the gym and dieting but in real life. Getting better everyday, every week, every year physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
My goals. Goals are self motivating. My short term goal is to gain 5-10 lbs of lean body mass in the year. My long term goal is to place first in the lightweight class in 2010.

Hey man. I guess do some single arm stuff to make sure you hit well. Don't lighten up the weight on the larger one though. Is there any reason why one is bigger? Accident or anything? If not, I'm sure it'll catch up. I couldn't tell a difference when judging. Keep up the good work!
