What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Setting goals will allow one to stay motivated in achieving them. Modify goals as needed so they are not impossible, but also not easily attainable.
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?

Good stuff, so in your mind, which one do you think is more important? Nutrition or lifting weights? I think that most guys find that weight is the number one key in getting bigger but I think Nutrition come first...but it's just me haha
