How I Started:
I looked in the mirror and was like........wow........Im fat.
Why I Love It:
Ive always been an athlete, but I was a fat kid most of my life. I love it because it makes me better at my sports, I hope to play lacrosse at a college level next year, but I also love it cuz it helps me not be a fat kid anymore.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remembering what its like to be out of shape, and seeing all my friends and people that inspire me on BodySpace. Since Ive started Ive become a much more intense individual, I stay motivated by waking up every morning and craving the burn, the pump, the sweat and the feeling of getting Bigger, Stronger, Faster

Goal (Long):
Growing up a was a soccer star, but in 7th grade I blew out my knee, and not while I was doing anything lame like roller blading or something.......
But anyways, that summer I couldn't walk without crutches for almost 2 months, and I sat on my butt for two months and ate and ate and ate and did nothing but watch movies and consume junk food.
Well Ive always been athletic, Ive played Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Volley Ball, Tennis, Wrestling, Football, Lacrosse, I even did Crew. But Ive never been in great shape, Wrestling was when I was in my best shape.......but in 9th grade I was wrestling at 185, yes, I was FAT!
So last year I decided to get off my ass and turn into a fitness freak, and so it began, it started with a pair of 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbbells and a fitness ball, and slowly I added a Bowflex, a bench, adjustable dumbbells, and now I'm a gym member.
My goal is to have a six pack and remain decently big, my nick name has always been "Big Red" because of the hair and fatness. I want it to be because of the hair and buffness.
Over the past few months I have fallen off my routine. Every Monday, I wake up fired up and ready to kick ass in the gym, and stick to my diet exactly.....but by every Thursday or Friday Im waking up not going to the gym, and eating pure crap food.
