How I Started: I entered the 2002 AST World Championships and won my class and was hooked from there!
Why I Love It: Seeing and feeling the improvements in my physique and health, competing against myself and others, having 1 hour a day when I don't have to think about anything except beating the crap out of the weights!
How I Stay Motivated: I always keep the end result in mind. Hanging around fitness-minded people and interacting on bodybuilding forums like bodybuilding.com is motivating as well.
