Rush8780 Ah finally! Broke through my hump. Bumped up to 4700 a day, clean bulkin with minimum fat gain, 1 to 2 pound a week gain :)

nateg5 If you have been eating that many calories for at least a month and are gaining less than 1 pound a week then add another 500 calories to your diet. Otherwise wait until you hit the 1 month mark to see if your body responds. I just started bulking 2 weeks ago so it is too early to tell how it is going for me. Jul 28, 2012 8:39pm
