Always been athletic. Have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do (was Jr. Olympic Champion & almost made the Olympic Team trials by one-tenth of a point. I've also run several marathons. Love all kinds of sports. Used to lift a lot in my early-late teens, but then became very ill w/ a GI disease, which prevented me from essentially working out/life. Began lifting again in early and mid-20s off and on. Was inspired by a friend very recently to transform my body now that I am healthy during last week of August and so... :)
Why I Love It:
It's healthy for the mind and body, aside from striving to look fantastic.
How I Stay Motivated:
I realize that I have the capacity to change myself for the better & I am not limited (physically), therefore, I should maximize my potential!

I had been battling Anorexia- I did not want to go through that hell again (inpatient hospitalizations and such). I took it to an extreme, having been an over-exerciser, getting to very low weight(s) and then, having to be brought back to life (in essence) by a port-a-cath/fe ...
I have seriously been a slacker and it sucks. There's no rewards when you're lazy and inactive...at least not for me! Here's a little visual reminder to get my butt in gear.

Goal (Long):
I am studying to be a Sports Psychologist. As a former Elite Athlete, I wish to work with both Elite Athletes and Olympians, assisting them in their physical and mental pursuits.
Confucius said, "Do not worry about holding high position; worry rather about playing your proper ROLE." -- I am a firm believer in doing what is best for oneself and maximizing [your] potential where/when [you] can. It is a gift to be a leader for others when [you] possess natural talent/ability. Be the best YOU that YOU can be!
I am not a hypocrite (I admit)...I don't like the words: "okay," "average," "moderate," etc.; Although, the delicate acuity required to seek the results that I desire is far more difficult a task than being either completely lax or extremely over-worked. Dare I utter the word, "balance"(?), yet with absolute dedication!
From day 1, she has been an incredible source of inspiration! Nicole has made an outstanding transformation & continues to do so EVERY DAY! Her gains are so respectable as she works so diligently to attain higher levels of fitness that I only wish I could grasp. Nicole is relentless & she motivates me with her amazing progress photos, knowledge/insight, & remarkable character that makes her more that just a stunning image on the screen. You cannot find a more motivating individual than Micah! He's the most genuine, hard-working, devoted, caring (& WAY more!) man you will ever meet. He has put forth the most admirable effort into his life & fitness endeavors and deserves the wonderful successes that are to come as a result. I was inspired by Micah the very first time I met him to be a better person and athlete & his rich words have made a great impact on me. His fantastic training program has shown to be incredibly e
My GI illness has flared up really badly over the last month and a half and I've been on a liquid-only (medically supervised) diet for over a week now. It is awful. I haven't been able to workout and I've lost a considerable amount of muscle mass. I have to slowly transition back into eating...
