Yes I do arch.. You're back has a natural arch when you lay down; you shouldn't force it to be completely flat. Just stay in a natural position with your shoulder blades pinched.
I deadlift with a mixed grip. Left supinated (under) right pronated (over).

Thanks man. Nothing special really. when I was on a BB split I basically just did 2 lat/pulling movements and 2 rowing movements, with varying grips. As well as the obvious deads and rack pulls...genetics I guess lol

Yea, 6 hours is about right. Me and my training partner do it more on a feeling basis and on the amount and kind of rest we can get between sessions.

I've been liftin about 5 years now, though 3 of them were sport specific to soccer. I got most of my size in the last year and half probably though.
