Motives drive everything we do. To be motivated is the want or need to perform an action and that is all. If we want to make something of this we must plan how we will achieve this. Once the planning has taken place we must take action, applying to plan to achieve a desired result. These are all fairly simple to do for a day, a week, or even a month, but yet true perseverance is the only thing that will keep us on track and keep us going when times get rough. That it is why it is the most important trait to have (the never give up attitude). Anyone can get excited and motivated to do something but whether they have the guts, conviction, and self belief to put their words into action and make their dreams become reality will only be revealed with the test of time.
